Our commitment

We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We treat accessibility as part of the build, not an afterthought.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading levels, landmarks, and labels.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, dropdowns, accordions, and the chat assistant.
• Visible focus states on links and buttons.
• Text contrast that meets or exceeds AA contrast ratios on body copy.
• Reduced-motion respect for any auto-animating elements where supported by the browser.
• Alt text on images of work, and decorative elements marked aria-hidden where appropriate.
• Embedded videos can be paused; the homepage marquee can be paused on hover and respects motion preferences.

Accessibility tools on this site

An accessibility widget (UserWay) is available on every page. Use it to adjust font size, contrast, spacing, cursor size, and other settings without leaving the page.

Known limitations

Third-party embeds (YouTube, Mapbox) may have their own accessibility behaviors that we cannot fully control. If you encounter an issue with one, please let us know and we'll work around it.
